JD Service Now

Needed to have all 3 of our toilets replaced. I attempted to do it as a DIY project but I soon discovered that one of the flanges was shot and needed to be replaced. I called JD service (after hours, on a weekend which was awesome) and was able to schedule an appointment. The techs (Matt and Anna) were thorough, very professional and efficient. They knocked out the entire job in a single visit which we were very thankful for. Will definitely call on JD Service for future needs. Service: Toilet repair

This is the second time Mike was sent (this time for another matter) by JD and I couldn't have been more pleased to see his smiling face. Once again he was meticulous, personable, respectful and he kept me informed about what he was doing throughout his time here, then clearly gave me options depending on how I wanted to proceed. I can't speak highly enough of Mike, and, while I hope to not need JD services again any time soon, if I do, I would like to see Mike again. Thank you,

JD Service installed a new hot water heater for me. The dispatch staff were all very friendly and professional. I was super impressed with Josh who completed the installation. He was knowledgeable, professional and answered all my questions.
