We got a few of the technicians over to help fix a few issues (plumbing and electrical) we were having at the house this month. Everyone was wonderful: very professional, sympathetic, and kind. They don't only provide outstanding services they also interact with the owners. Shout out to Chris from plumbing, Andrew and his team, as well as Steve and his team from electrical. All services were high quality and outstanding. We are very pleased with the end results. Thank you JD Service Now for hiring the best.
JD Service Now was excellent! They got us on their schedule for the next day which was a Saturday at 8 AM!! Impressive! Will was on time, very professional, and gave us a lot of time and attention. We are very happy with the service we received and so we signed up for their service contract. For a small yearly fee we get 10% off all HVAC, plumbing and electrical services. It feels good to know we have this kind of help it and when we need it.
Niko did an amazing job replacing all 3 toilets in about 4 hours. Cat approved! Service: Toilet repair
