Lee Air Conditioning

Lee's folks were professional about installing my Carrier heat pump. I received three quotes and Lee offered the most value for price. I've had to have them come back out several times in the 1st year of the system, but they have been quick to get to me and make the issues right. The issues have related to the Carrier equipment, not the install, so that's out of their hands but they have fixed the problems. Issues were the thermostat, which has failed several times, and a blower motor that failed with less than a year on it. Hopefully these are teething problems and won't reoccur, as the system itself was correctly sized for my house, is quiet and has saved me substantially in operating costs compared to my previous HVAC system.

We have a service contract with Lee Heating and Air. We had our service today from Zach, a very polite young man who serviced both A/C units. He was very polite, professional and courteous. He was very friendly to our dog. He also made sure our dog was protected when he was changing out some components which had some liquid associated with it. My wife and I appreciate his promptness for the appointment as well as his professionalism during the time he serviced our units. He also found a potential problem and fixed it before we lost our A/C during a hot summer day. There are not many young people who value their work ethic like Zach. Final Update: Due to Joe Lee overselling a unit and Bug and his team improperly installing the unit and vent pipe we’ve had continual issues with lines freezing in cold temps. Service team (now owned separately by someone else) did nothing to resolve the issue. I cannot recommend this company for any service or installation. You don’t realize you are dealing with two entities operating under the same umbrella and neither will give you what you need. I’m taking my business elsewhere. I’m really back again to review this place poorly. Last year while we were away for Christmas came back to our brand new system not working. Wife had just gotten pregnant and they were predicting snow and low temps. Had major problems with the repair due to them installing the 2nd floor drain on a shady side of the house. Two weeks later it was finally fixed. Now AGAIN the drain pipe has frozen on us and the heat is off. Been on hold with their “emergency line” for 30 minutes. I would think with such ext
