These people are legit. They answered the phone on the first call with professionalism. They arrived and promised to send an estimate after checking their numbers. I asked for a small discount according to my research and asked about their evaluation that I needed a new electric box. They took 50% payment and began the job on time. The workers were pleasant and even kind. There was a small connection problem and after a text to inquire, they were back in 3 hours to fix the issue. The repair professional was very kind and seemed to want to make sure he double-checked our satisfaction before leaving. My kids were playing in the front yard and they were cautious and respectful as they were leaving. Overall, I would recommend them 100% especially over the 'Rescue Rooter'or however you spell it. I have heard the owner state how he forgot to turn the gas back on after doing maintenance, and still charges them the fee for turning it back on. He employees a felon off the books. The owner is a complete crook and would sell out his mother for a dollar. 10/10 would not recommend

Not only did they respond quickly, the technician came out after hours, and worked in the pouring rain. He took the time to explain what the issue was in a way that I could understand so that I knew exactly what I was paying for. Professional and responsive. Highly recommend!
