Woke up to no AC. Called Modern Mechanical and within two hours they were out to my home and fixed the issue The gentleman was professional and patient with me. Did his job and fully explained everything to me. Unfortunately I already forgot his name. Thank you so much for your quick and timely service.
Cassie was my rep today. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and determined to figure out the cause of my problem. Since the outside temp had dropped out of the high 90’s it began cooling as soon as he turned the unit back on. He tested and investigated until he identified the cause. I am very grateful.
