The Service Technician was very professional and exceptionally courteous! He was prompt in keeping us aware of his arrival schedule. He was a positive reflection to himself and upon Allen Kelly, as a company.
Allen Kelly sent an experienced tech who diagnosed the problem straight away. Thankfully we had a quick fix and AC was back on and running within 10 minutes. The office staff was very helpful with providing an ETA for the technician. Great work!
