Just had new heating and Ac installed. VERY NICE experience. Scott was patient and thorough in his explanation of the systems we chose. Very kind and helpful. Scott was very responsive to our questions and texted us every step of the way. Installers were very polite , wore masks and did the work very efficiently. They cleaned up ( did not make a big mess at all)and vacuumed areas of the house they walked thru. Follow up by Eddy was quick and he addressed our concerns and made needed adjustments in 2 days post installation. I would highly recommend Tower. I contacted Craig with Tower one night about an issue I saw. He contacted me within minutes and let me know someone would check the system out the next day. Chris arrived and gave me peace of mind about the issue. I immediately signed up for a service plan which will perform maintenance on the units twice a year for less cost than a routine visit from other companies. Chris identified a potential risk and repaired it promptly and with great care. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and their enthusiastic and professional team.
