Just had new heating and Ac installed. VERY NICE experience. Scott was patient and thorough in his explanation of the systems we chose. Very kind and helpful. Scott was very responsive to our questions and texted us every step of the way. Installers were very polite , wore masks and did the work very efficiently. They cleaned up ( did not make a big mess at all)and vacuumed areas of the house they walked thru. Follow up by Eddy was quick and he addressed our concerns and made needed adjustments in 2 days post installation. I would highly recommend Tower.
