Storm Guard recently replaced my entire roof, gutters and downspouts. They assisted through the entire process from the insurance claim all the way through cleanup. I appreciated their attention to detail and making the process easy and painless. I would highly recommend working with Andrew and his entire team. Storm Guard did our roof replacement in June. Our experience with Tim and Andrew was exceptional. It was clear throughout that customer service was their top priority. Both Tim and Andrew were personable and clear in their communication. They made the entire process easy on us, taking care of any contact with our insurance company. We were still in the middle of a long, frustrating process having our windows replaced with another company when we had Storm Guard replace our roof. The window company we worked with had delay after delay, incorrect measurements, misplaced materials, and poor communication.
