My downstairs toilet tank has been making that running water sound for weeks after flushing & trying to tap it "strategically" thereafter to make it stop (which it didn't). I then noticed my floor wet when no one even used the bathroom. It started leaking from under the tank now. Getting paranoid that I most definitely had an expensive plumbing repair to deal with, I broke down & started researching local plumbers near me. I came across South End Plumbing & "truly" based on the many positive reviews, I scheduled an appointment. Mr. DANIEL (who was Outstandingly Professional & HONEST) arrived within 2 hours of the estimated time frame given. He assessed the situation, tightened two places & voila, within like 10 minutes he resolved my weeks long (wasting water) issues. (Believe me, my water bill reflected it $$$) & he said it was good to go. I asked him how much the bill would be & he didn't even charge me for the adjustment. Praise God! I could not even believe it...... Mr. DA

I used South End Heating & Air to install a new HVAC this year and they were great so I gave South End Plumbing a shot. I'm glad a did. They had availability next day and arrived on time with a call ahead when they were on their way. The technician, Sam, was extremely professional, honest, helpful, and all around had a good vibe to him. He was able to fix my issue and the tub has been working properly ever since. I would suggest this company to anyone and will be using them in the future for any plumbing needs that I have.

We just had our 2nd experience with South End Plumbing and as with the first experience, it was very pleasant. Daniel was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional. We contacted them for a problem and within 1 hour, they had arrived at our house where they quickly resolved the problem.
