We were in the process of selling our home and a loose toilet was reported on our inspection report. We called South End Plumbing in the morning, and they had a service technician to us within three hours the same day. The technician, Chad, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He arrived right on time, thoroughly inspected the toilet requiring repairs, and walked us through our options in terms of repairing the toilet. Chad was detailed in the work and repairs performed and even took the time to explain to us potential issues or signs to look for in the future. This was our first time using South End Plumbing, and we could not have been more pleased in our decision to utilize their services. The team is top notch, from the service center scheduling, to the on-site technician. I used South End Heating & Air to install a new HVAC this year and they were great so I gave South End Plumbing a shot. I'm glad a did. They had availability next day and arrived on time with a call ahead when they were on their way. The technician, Sam, was extremely professional, honest, helpful, and all around had a good vibe to him. He was able to fix my issue and the tub has been working properly ever since.
