Really great and honest company! I found the name on Nextdoor and read the great reviews and I’m glad I scheduled the estimate (which is free by the way - already a great start as other companies are charging $99 just to come out). From speaking with Renee (sp?) on the phone to schedule to Jason arriving to look at the issue it was a great experience. During a storm my thermostat stopped communicating with the AC (compressor working as well as furnace but I had to control it by the breaker) so Jason took the time to troubleshoot the thermostats all the way to the furnace, and also explained to me what he was doing which was really helpful and was very genuine. He determined the zone board was the issue and needed replacement, and had one on the truck which was great. I appreciate that he made sure everything was working before he left. I felt the pricing was fair as well. Thankful to have a company I can trust to call for these types of issues in the future! Highly recommend

We had the Murphy's Law of when your A/C will breakdown. On a HOT summer holiday! I called South End Heating & Air, the BEST A/C company in Indian Trail & Charlotte. They had a technician out to my house by noon on the 4th of July. He identified the issue and provided us the BEST AC capacitor replacement service. In and out, the house cooled back down, and we were off with the rest of our holiday. I anticipated a super high cost being an emergency visit on a holiday -- but the price was completely reasonable!!! BTW, they also had a very knowledgeable and friendly person who answered the phone... from start to finish -- 100% recommend!! Service: A/C system repair
