We hired Chris and his team to stain our deck based on the recommendation of a dear friend, and they did such a wonderful job that we then hired them to paint the entire exterior of our home as well. The prices are reasonable and the work is absolutely impeccable. The house and the deck look better than ever and his crew are professional, courteous, and fast! Best of all is Chris himself, who went above and beyond on both jobs to make sure we were totally satisfied. Our schedule was complicated as far as when we could have noisy work going on, and he bent over backwards to work with us and to make sure everything was done exactly how we wanted it. Chris and his team are very professional and provide a very reasonable estimate. They showed up on time and immediately started on the project of transforming the exterior of my house- they pressure washed 20 years worth of dirt / mold on vinyl siding, cleaned out gutters, painted shutters on the two story house, painted trim, doors and the front porch. I am extremely pleased and have received numerous positive comments from my neighbors. I am looking forward to having Cardinal Home Services, work their magic on the interior.
