My contractor on a previous remodel had used this company and so I knew about them and was happy with that work. When my sewer backed up into my basement I contacted my contractor and asked them to remind me who this company was and asked if I could trust them. He said 100% trustworthy, why they used them for their remodels. Michael and Dustin from All About came on a Friday (while I was traveling home after being gone for 2 weeks) and got to work immediately to try to clear the sewer line. They used a high tech camera and rooter but weren't able to clear the blockage. They suspected, rightly so, that the old sewer line had collapsed. Michael called me, knew I was flying home, and offered to contact a restoration company to deal with the damage in my basement. He recommended a sewer line replacement due to the age of my home and likelihood that the sewer line was old and compromised (turned out he was right), and said they could be out first thing Monday morning. ALL ABOUT PLUMBING had a man at my house the same day I called for assistance. Jason was wonderful! Once he determined the problem he brought me in to demonstrate and explain the problem my toilet was having. He then explained in detail what would be needed to correct it. Lastly he drew up the cost for the procedure. When he was done he brought me in to show me the fixed toilet in action, again with a thorough explanation. He advised me on what we’re best practices for cleaning and maintaining the toilet as well. His clean up was thorough as well. Jason is truly a consummate professional and personable as well!
