Amazing work!!! Would definitely use DLV Roofing again. They put a roof on our house 20 plus years ago and we were so pleased, which is why they were the only company we called to replace our roof this time! We had a lot of projects to be completed and the exceeded our expectations on every level! They replaced our roof, installed vinyl siding, added a gable roof over our front porch, and remodeled our back porch including new screen and cabling. We absolutely love our house it looks brand new and zero maintenance now. The crew was professional, courteous, and prompt. I try to support local business when possible, and originally contacted Asheville Roofing back in March '22 to replace a leaking roof vent on my 2 year old home. After chasing their contractor for 6 months and dealing with repair dates being missed, then getting excuse after excuse or just being blown off and ignored by them, I contacted a dozen different companies, and either got no call back, they did not show up, or flat out refused the work. DLV answered right away and scheduled an estimate within the next 2 days. They are locally owned, licensed, insured, and do not subcontract the work. Their representative actually showed up on time as promised and was professional and courteous. He listened to the issue, checked it out, and gave me several options for repair. I accepted their bid, which was nearly $100 cheaper than Asheville Roofing, and they scheduled the repair for several days later. I will ALWAYS call DLV for my roofing needs! This is the second time I have used their services- the first was at my prior house where they prepared a repair quote for us to give to the new buyers, and this time was a full roof replacement at my current home. Every time I have interacted with them they have been kind, patient, and happy to serve me. This includes the person answering the phone at the office to the people on my roof. During the new roof installation, they were on time, did a fabulous job, and were extremely clean. They picked up every single little piece of roofing paper and other debris from the yard before they left at the end of the day. They are communicative with scheduling changes due to weather, and always asked if the new day worked for me. Their fees are competitive, too!
