From the beginning contact and estimate from Ian I was impressed with Baker Roofing. Sure there were other quotes that were less expensive but they also immediately asked about insurance coverage - red flag for me. Ian (as opposed to another company) spotted previously improper installation of shingles that needed corrected. He evaluated for entire shingle replacement but eventually determined that the whole roof could wait and just focused on correcting our problem. Does that even happen these days?! The gutter guards seem worth the $, again top quality. James and his crew were top notch, really took good care of the grounds - couldn't even see where their ladders were in our fragile moss. Accidentally damaged a planter we had out but Bill didn't hesitate to make it right with a Visa gift card. When the rest of the roof needs to be done, we'll call Baker again.

I can't say enough as to how pleased we are with the installation of our new roof. The process started with a visit from Ian Edwards the sales consultant he went on our roof and did the inspection and suggested the type of shingles that would be best suited to our roof, less then 48 hours later we had a quote and we were ready to go. Three weeks later we received a phone call to schedule the work, we were contacted by Nehemiah Lynch the project manager and he gave us an overview of the how's and when's of the installation. We told him of our concerns regarding our gardens and ornamental plants, he assured us that the they would be very careful and they would all be covered. Initially the job was quoted out to be completed in three to four days but it was finished in two and one half days, the crew of six were very respectable of our concerns and personal property. We are very pleased with the way our project was handled from the inspection and estimate with Ian, to the actual re-shingling by Nehemiah and his crew, and the new gutters installed by James and his crew.
