I called All-American about noon on the Friday before the start of 4th of July weekend. Our AC had been out for the last 24 hours or so and it was getting hot. I was hoping they could get me scheduled sometime in the next day or two. But they said they would be out yet that afternoon, and within three hours Jordan gave a call and said he was on his way. All-American have been looking after our HVAC for many years, and we feel taken care of! When our upstairs system stopped working recently, in a week of 90F weather, we had an engineer at the house within a couple of hours. The spare part had to be shipped.
