I would give a zero if possible. They are nothing but a bunch of crooks. They say they will take care of everything then fall short, don’t tell you when they are coming to do the work or anything. Now I’ve to get a lawyer because they are coming after me for money I don’t owe them.

Curtis and team were super helpful and professional the entire process. They helped us get through the insurance checks as well. The install was done promptly and without incident, left the property clean when they were done. Would recommend!

I have continuously been harassed by calls and text threatening to take me to court over a $500 cancelled agreement that I initialed to allow inspector on roof. I tried to cancel by phone because I was unable to email the company as stated on the back of form with thin 3 days. I have mailed a letter to BCR headquarter in TN with all NC state senate bill 205 violations and my signed agreement cancelled on the back. I have also been threatened to be turned in for insurance fraud. This company offered to shave $500 off my deductible which is insurance fraud committed by them. I was told per Brandon who claimed they had a 5 star rating. Upon pulling them up on BBB they are not accreted and had 1.8 star rating. I was advised by several people with with my insurance including adjuster this was a scam and had not committed any fraud.
