Best Choice Roofing

I have continuously been harassed by calls and text threatening to take me to court over a $500 cancelled agreement that I initialed to allow inspector on roof. I tried to cancel by phone because I was unable to email the company as stated on the back of form with thin 3 days. I have mailed a letter to BCR headquarter in TN with all NC state senate bill 205 violations and my signed agreement cancelled on the back. I have also been threatened to be turned in for insurance fraud. This company offered to shave $500 off my deductible which is insurance fraud committed by them. I was told per Brandon who claimed they had a 5 star rating. Upon pulling them up on BBB they are not accreted and had 1.8 star rating. I was advised by several people with with my insurance including adjuster this was a scam and had not committed any fraud. This is my experience with the local BCR-Raleigh, NC. Reported an issue after the roof was installed, it was related to the curb appeal (a layer of shingles on the roof below a window facing the street was missing, looked ugly). The house was built with an intent to have shingles underneath the stone veneer, the gap without them was visible. The local BCR seems to care more about the pending money than having the issue addressed. More so, the local BCR disagreed with me when I sent pictures over emails, the manager thought the job was well done, to my surprise. Eventually, I made a representative visit my home, he agreed to have it fixed. Followed up on emails, no response since then. This experience started at the time of roof installation, the project manager dint care to visit or check on the contractor. Worse, the project manager dint even bother to call me after leaving a VM, I had to remind via the sales guy. Do not engage BCR- Raleigh, it seems to be franchise. Service: Roof ins
