I recently had a new Goodman heat pump, air handler and all new ductwork installed in my home. I knew it wouldn't be cheap, but I am also in a high-end sales industry and I am a very savvy shopper so I did my research and shopped around. After checking around and getting quotes from 3 other companies, Shumate's price was not only fair, but they also gave me more information about my financing and rebate options. I appreciated that they helped me stick to my budget and didn't try to force me into a more expensive unit (like most of the other companies did). They were professional, honest and on time, clean and very courteous. As a single woman, I am very cautious when inviting strangers into my home.
