I loved Fred, the salesman; he knew the products, and was very technically savvy. I love the installers; on time, polite, and did a great job. BUT dealing with the people in the office was frustrating -zero customer service and no knowledge of what’s going on. I had to wait 24 to 48 hours to get information to fill out a rebate (i.e. license number since it was not on the invoice,). and then they didn’t call after 5 days and I called again and they said it would be 24,-48 hrs. again. Stick with the mom and pop -smaller businesses. This place is too big and not responsive with any concerns. Service: Water heater installation

I saw the tv advertisement. Contacted the business. The technician came checked the system. He found that was in good working order. Technician was well versed in the AC subject matter. He was very informative. Since my unit has not had a problem in six years. Service: A/C system maintenance

Adam was fantastic! He was knowledgeable & efficient. His customer service outshone almost any I have ever had - service, store, etc. The problem was fixed quickly & well. He stayed to triple check a few times & he discussed with us things that could help us in the future (53-year old metal pipes).
