Our AC went out late on a Friday afternoon. Medical issues in our family made going without AC through a hot stretch more than just inconvenient. Kenneth Lee came after business hours and worked well past quitting time on a Friday night to get our unit back online. We greatly appreciate the service we received.

I have used many contractors over the course of my home ownership. Recently, I engaged Progressive Service Company to handle some electrical work for me. I needed some Arc Fault Breakers installed. They sent Colby and Danny to do the Job. On time, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Want to know what they are doing, they are happy to explain. Want to be blissfully ignorant about it, you can trust that these 2 are professionals and know what they are doing. As well as the breaker install, they also walked the house for a quick inspection regarding any other items that may need attention. We found a few small items. When the City of Raleigh Inspectors came to review the work, they found everything as it should be. Great job Colby and Danny!
