Five Stars to the Technician, very polite and knowledgeable. Three Stars to the Company, they charge me even when I had pending free maintenance for my only two year old equipment. There are other companies offering maintenance for a lot less, will shop around.
We live in a condo on the second floor. On Saturday our downstairs neighbor had a leak- they had someone from Progressive out, who checked inside our place and determined our hot water heater was leaking. We called Progressive the same night and scheduled them to come out the next day, Sunday. At noon we call to get an ETA, they say they have no record of us on the schedule. We’re out on the schedule again and we don’t receive a call until 11pm. We ask them to come out first thing in the morning, and we never got another call back today. I’m not sure why they’re so disorganized.
We got HVAC maintenance from Progressive Service Company today and David is just a cool person. Very friendly and respectful. He offered a great quality service, very professional and nice person. He's the guy that any company would like to be represented. Thanks.
