I have used many contractors over the course of my home ownership. Recently, I engaged Progressive Service Company to handle some electrical work for me. I needed some Arc Fault Breakers installed. They sent Colby and Danny to do the Job. On time, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Want to know what they are doing, they are happy to explain. Want to be blissfully ignorant about it, you can trust that these 2 are professionals and know what they are doing. As well as the breaker install, they also walked the house for a quick inspection regarding any other items that may need attention. We found a few small items. When the City of Raleigh Inspectors came to review the work, they found everything as it should be. Great job Colby and Danny!

We live in a condo on the second floor. On Saturday our downstairs neighbor had a leak- they had someone from Progressive out, who checked inside our place and determined our hot water heater was leaking. We called Progressive the same night and scheduled them to come out the next day, Sunday. At noon we call to get an ETA, they say they have no record of us on the schedule. We’re out on the schedule again and we don’t receive a call until 11pm. We ask them to come out first thing in the morning, and we never got another call back today. I’m not sure why they’re so disorganized.
