Chris and Ray arrived promptly on the day of service and got to work immediately. They were very courteous and quickly figured out what needed to be done to remove our old 50 gallon water heater and replace it with a new Rinnai tankless water heater. They did a great job with the install and even simplified some of our previous pipe layout that seemed needless complicated. The heater works great and is way quieter than I expected. In addition to the water heater, they also installed a whole house water filter, making sure the filters can be easily isolated with shut off valves for future maintenance. When the water pressure seemed a little low, they were able to tweak our pressure valve regulator so that the pressure to our faucets is now better than they were before the water filter was installed. We had a leaky shower cartridge. Being handy, we were trying to fix it ourselves which turned out to be a big task. We called CK on a Saturday for advice on a piece that we could neither find at Lowe's nor Home Depot. Ray picked up the phone and met us to talk about our issue without charging us an afterhours on-site charge and was able to help us understand what and how to deal with the current situation we were in. Ray was extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and had a great beard. Will definitely be calling Ray and CK if I ever get in over my head with a plumbing problem again. Service: Shower repair
