We had a leaky shower cartridge. Being handy, we were trying to fix it ourselves which turned out to be a big task. We called CK on a Saturday for advice on a piece that we could neither find at Lowe's nor Home Depot. Ray picked up the phone and met us to talk about our issue without charging us an afterhours on-site charge and was able to help us understand what and how to deal with the current situation we were in. Ray was extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and had a great beard. Will definitely be calling Ray and CK if I ever get in over my head with a plumbing problem again. Ray and Justin were awesome! My hot water went out on a Friday morning and they spoke to me about my options without any pressure. I delayed so I could do my research and they were here and ready to do the work even though I was still doing my research. They went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I and kids had hot water as soon as possible and they got everything done quickly and efficiently. They were very patient and understanding with my questions and while I made decisions and walked me through every step of the way. I’ve found my plumbing company going forward! Couldn’t be happier with the work and professionalism.

I have used CK Plumbing in the past and always been satisfied with their service so called them when I needed a tub spout repaired. Chris and Esteban were courteous, friendly, professional and very capable. They did the job quickly and efficiently and I was again very happy with their service.
