Called in morning with service request, was at our home by 1pm that same day. Scott came and what a great job of diagnosing what our issue was. This was something I had never seen and he had not either. But very systematically eliminating possibilities, he was able to diagnose and fix our issue. Carolina Plumbing Pros was recommended to me by a neighbor and yesterday was my first time using this company. From start to finish, I had a VERY positive and OUTSTANDING experience with them!! Scott installed a new replacement water heater for me as well as a pressure reducing water valve. He was very knowledgeable as well as professional, warm and friendly. He took a lot of pride in his work and in doing a good job. In doing the job right. Something that seems a bit rare nowadays. After completing the job, before leaving, he made sure everything was thoroughly cleaned up.
