Called in morning with service request, was at our home by 1pm that same day. Scott came and what a great job of diagnosing what our issue was. This was something I had never seen and he had not either. But very systematically eliminating possibilities, he was able to diagnose and fix our issue. Our water heater failed yesterday, so I called and got an initial quote. Stefan came out and we talked about pros and cons of different water heaters and manufacturers.  Even talked about how to get the most life out of the new heater. RB did the actual install.  Very nice guy with many years of experience.  I have a direct vent and it's a little more complicated than a typical install, so was very glad to have someone with the expertise needed to do it right. Overall, very professional and pleasant employees that know what they are doing and can talk intelligently and honestly about best options.  Cost was right in line w/other quotes, but I feel like I got the best product and service for the money.  Definitely my first choice for future issues.

I have used Carolina Plumbing Pros for 3 significant jobs since I bought my home in 2016. They have resolved several issues that were causing major problems, the most recent repair being the installation of a 2 way cleanout and replacement of sewer piping in my front yard. I have been struggling with slow sewer draining from the house for 2 years and several other plumbers could not find the problem. I finally decided to stop dealing with insurance and called the plumber of my choice, Carolina Plumbing Pros. Turns out, there was a massive ball of threadlike roots that grew into my sewer line right before the 1-way cleanout in the front yard. They did exceptional work, were incredibly knowledgeable and I will continue to call them for my repairs. I couldn't be happier with this company.
