A-1 United Heating, Air & Electrical

I am extremely disappointed with the service and the Lennox system that was installed by A1 United Heating, Air & Electrical. At the end of June 2018, I purchased a complete HVAC system from A-1. I had an older unit and didn't want to take the chance it would go out in the middle of summer. Not even 2 years later, the A/C did not work and the freon had leaked out. I contacted A1 over the weekend and when I received a call back was told by the tech that he could come out but I was responsible for the cost of the freon as that was not covered by the repair. I waited until the next business day to call the office. They came out and replaced the A Coil. My unit isn't even 5 years old and once again, the A/C was not cooling. I called on a Sunday and received a return call Monday morning at 7:36 am. I was told they could have someone come out in about 30 minutes. I was told I would be responsible for a diagnostic charge as well as any labor fees. I find it odd that every few years the f

The guys were courteous, friendly, and answered all of our questions during installation. The salesman did a complete job explaining the product, different options, and the warranty. Happy with our experience with A-1 United Heating, Air & Electrical.
