I use a home warranty service, and this was the 2nd time I was assigned Hoffman for a repair. Most of the contractors assigned automatically treat home warranty customers as 2nd class citizens, bottom of the pile work jobs, and some will even tell you that. Not so with Hoffman--they are reliable, prompt, true professionals. And if you're lucky enough to get Tyler as your tech, so much the better. He'll tell you exactly what the problem is, how he's going to fix it, and most importantly, when he's going to do it. Hoffman Electric has been AWESOME!! We were having some electrical issues and they got someone out that day. Our house was on the market also and had an inspection with items we needed looked at. The electrician that was out said they did inspection resolutions all the time.
