I am elated! When a different company I had out that day didnt even listen to my concerns, I got lucky and called Hoffman at the right time. He could have called it a day that late in the afternoon, but he came out to take a look anyway. Jason was awesome! He said he was going to make sure all the wiring in question was correct and safe before he left. And now we can have power in our family room! He listened to me and what we were needing, and even explained what he was doing along the way. Couldnt be happier! I use a home warranty service, and this was the 2nd time I was assigned Hoffman for a repair. Most of the contractors assigned automatically treat home warranty customers as 2nd class citizens, bottom of the pile work jobs, and some will even tell you that. Not so with Hoffman--they are reliable, prompt, true professionals. And if you're lucky enough to get Tyler as your tech, so much the better. He'll tell you exactly what the problem is, how he's going to fix it, and most importantly, when he's going to do it.
