I called the service after having other services come out and not be able to complete the job. I was frustrated and at a loss. Two days of not being able to use drains. Can’t for the life of me figure out why I didn’t choose them first. They were already top rated but I thought I could do better with a big-name plumbing company. Boy was I wrong! It was a pleasure dealing with him even at a time when my family was in peril due to lack of water use in my home. They truly came to the rescue. Not to mention some of the quotes from other companies offering to dig up my yard to replace pipe for the price of a year of an Ivy League college tuition smh… 4 hours of drain angering with no success (I’ll give them credit for effort) While the tech from Garner Brothers performed the task of freeing my drains, we chatted about family, children, and general life issues.
