I never got around to writing a review for Eddie and his team, but I became a huge fan of his. Eddie at Living Water ended up being our guy based on the 4 bid requests I put out there. Eddie was a referral, and came in the winter to patch our roof, for free. He said it was quick and to just please consider him when the time comes to update our roof. We still wanted to be fair to all and got 3 more bids when that time did come. Eddie was the most responsive, while others I had to chase for a bid. His bid came in near the lower end and in our budget range, and just his professionalism in responding and explaining what areas we go over sealed the deal. I don't want to chase people to give them my business. The only issue we had was one of his crew, a newer person and a replacement for a sick person, didn't do a good job cleaning up on the last day.
