We are 100% satisfied with KB Electric! From the initial estimate to today’s final inspection everything is perfect and up to code. The terrific crew – Joe P., Victor, Ricky, and Joe Mc. are true professionals. They worked at our house for 1 month removing our antiquated knob and tube and rewiring the entire house to current standards. The crew was always on time, polite young men, professional, and focused on the task at hand. They cleaned up at the end of every day to make sure our family was safe from debris, dust, and equipment. In addition to the knob and tube, the crew installed 9 fixtures, a ceiling/light fan and very cool wireless light switches. Alicia, the office manager, is wonderful!! She's super efficient, friendly, sent invoices and reminders, and is very professional at all times. We highly recommend KB Electric and will stay loyal to this company. First and foremost, KB Electric technicians arrived EXACTLY on time, EVERY time. They don't show up late, which is disrespectful, and they don't show up early, which is just as disrespectful. That seems like a very basic thing, but it's something 95% of contractors can't seem to do, and it is HIGHLY appreciated when people have to take time out of their work day to meet a contractor. Their estimates were provided quickly, professionally, and with plenty of detail. I've received estimates from other contractors as texts with a ballpark number. I've received estimates weeks after the initial consultation. I've had contractors that failed to deliver an estimate at all. KB Electric showed up on time, and provided a relatively detailed estimate on paper (email) very quickly. The work itself was done professionally and efficiently. It did not exceed the quoted time, and the work was clean and well executed. I do wish someone had told us in advance that the work would leave behind some item

As much as i would like to review their work I am unable to. I had scheduled an appointment for an estimate. After a half hour after the given time frame with no call of them running late i called them and spoke to victor. He apologized for the inconvenience and told me that someone would be there in 5 to 10 minutes. Two and half hours later and still a no show. They stopped answering their phone. A lack of professionalism and communication ruined my desire to hire someone locally.
