KB is always quick to respond and resolve electrical issues. Had a recent circuit breaker issue, and Henry and Alejandro came. They quickly determined the issue and fixed the issue. Will always use KB for our electrical needs. Service: Electrical panel repair
As much as i would like to review their work I am unable to. I had scheduled an appointment for an estimate. After a half hour after the given time frame with no call of them running late i called them and spoke to victor. He apologized for the inconvenience and told me that someone would be there in 5 to 10 minutes. Two and half hours later and still a no show. They stopped answering their phone. A lack of professionalism and communication ruined my desire to hire someone locally.
Everyone that worked there was great except the owner. Keith is a narcissist.
