My mother is 85 years old. She has been using this company for years. Whenever is time to do a yearly check up on her A/C unit. They always make up an excuse not to be here on time. Nor do they not show up to take cake of business. She makes an appointment and they confirm it. But yet they don't show up nor call her. To let her know that they won't be here. She has to call them and find out when will someone be here. It's ridiculous. Then that's when the excuses start.
Had my yearly maintenance service done on my AC. It's had to find companies these days that don't have an agenda but I have to give a huge shout out to Marsel at Alaskan. Professional by all means but also personable, transparent and honest about what I needed to have done, which he took care of right away at an affordable price. Kudos to Alaskan for having one of the best technicians around. Service: A/C system maintenance
