Windy City Air Conditioning & Heating

Our heating went out this winter and our home warranty service was totally useless. They took 2 weeks, the HVAC company they referred was helpless and waiting on the home warranty company. After being cold in the house for 2 weeks and spending countless hours on hold with the home warranty company, we decided that we'll just get it done by another company outside of our warranty. We were referred to Windy City Air by a family member and decided to call. They had 3 vans at our home the very next day. They showed us exactly what was wrong. We appreciated their honesty and decided to ask about our air conditioning unit, since it was the same age as the heater. It was very old too, and we didn't want to chance it, so we decided to replace that as well. We were so pleased with the work Windy City did in our home! They were very pleasant, neat, and efficient. When our air stopped working, both blower and cooling unit yesterday evening, we assumed we'd be out of commission for the next few days, not a fun prospect in the Vegas heat. But they answered the phone outside of normal business hours at around 6am this morning, and had someone ready to come out between 12 and 2 (who also showed up at 11:30, huge kudos for coming early when available). They send out a text with the picture and a bio of your tech, as well as a tracker so we can see how long it will take for the tech to arrive, which is super cool. Love that service. Thomas, our tech, was awesome! He was knowledgeable and laid out as much information as possible, so we knew the how and why of what was happening. It didn't feel like it was a hard sell of things we didn't need in order to boost profits, which unfortunately is always a risk. All in all, 10/10 experience! Fast, friendly, professional, and reasonable pricing, what more could you ask for?
