We had a very good experience with AWS plumbing. This was not an emergency - only a slow leak - so they came in a timely manner and repaired the problem. The repair didn't 'take' at first and we had to call them back. The staff in the office were extremely polite and considerate. They dispatched a secondary pair of plumbers who made the correct repairs. They even phoned to say that they were coming a little earlier than planned and happily there was no charge for any rework.
