AWS Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

So this company did a lot of leg work to get a gas conversion in my neighborhood so I thought I would reward them for that and use them even though they were more expensive than who my neighbors shopped around for. In 2015 or 16. AWS did a complete oil to gas conversion on my house and ran additional gas lines. Fast forward to this August my hot water tank that they installed failed and had a complete flood in my finished basement. I’m upset yes at that but, what’s more frustrating is I later found out from multiple sources and AWS that there was a part In the hot water tank that needs to be replaced every year I believe they are call anoids. Well, the service men and AWS NEVER told me that. I’m not a plumber so how was I supposed to know that :of course if I was told I would have replaced them and not be writing this review. I find that very unprofessional and down right ignorant. So now I’m out $3500 for a tank that was 7 years old and an entire finished basement including rugs, mo

The two AWS technicians who installed my mother’s new heating system did a quality installation and I would highly recommend them based on their professionalism, efficiency and courteous service.
