Our shower handle just gave out and we could not turn off the water. We called Samba and he responded right away. We showed him the issue via pictures and he was able to determine what he need to do the job. Luckily he had the part and was able to come in the late part of the night to fix our issue. They removed the broken pipe all the way into our basement and installed a new copper valve where it had been attached. Very reasonable price given the speed, quality and thoroughness.
