Crown Point Remodeling did a fantastic job installing our windows. They were very efficient and a pleasure to work with. Service: Window installation

We ordered the patio door in May 2022. They did not come to install it until Aug. 2. The person that came to measure for the door, assured us that he would be the one to install the door, and that there would be no problems with our newly installed carpet. He was not in the team of installers that came by on August 2. The installers put the latch plate in the wrong location so that the door would not latch shut properly. We had to call the company back to have the installer come back to fix this. In addition, the carpet by the door was buckled by the door and is not right. In addition, the screen door they installed was not the correct size for the door they installed, and is unusable (it is about 2/3 the correct width). They claimed they did not have the correct one in stock, and that one would not be available until *late OCTOBER*. We also requested that they fix the carpet. We have called them back several times in the past several weeks, with no response. This lack of respon

Explanation of what I would be receiving was thorough and I am a believer in you get what you pay for. The installers made sure I was happy with how the skylight windows were set, made sure the house and yard were not damaged from debris, and cleaned up everything after the roof was completed.
