How refreshing to have a professional come to our home, look at our situation and have a real solution. No bad mouthing the other work, no talking all the "extra work to fix this". Justin looked at the roof and gutter and said no problem, we will be here next week to get you taken care of. As promised, on time, the metal roof flashing was finally installed properly. The gutter leak (on a new gutter installed by another company) was also fixed and they installed gutter guards that everyone else said would not work. From day one Justin was easily accessible and quick to respond, he fit me in for an inspection the next day and had his crew out doing repairs before the end of the week. Justin was quick to come out and answer questions I had about work that was done, other work that I wanted done, and what was more pertinent. I don’t feel he tried to oversell me at all and just took care of the concerns I had already.
