We hired Handyman Connections for a baseboard installation for a client we did flooring restoration work for. They sent out Spencer R. He showed up for the job with his dog. He was not ready for the job. He thought he was coming out to do an estimate. From the start, Spencer tried to work under the table with a cheaper estimate than Handyman Connections wanted to charge. This was very shady. He charged us $300 to do less than 200 ft of trim installation, which we paid. When he started the job he was not on time, from being under prepared. The next day he packed up his tools and explained he had another job and left. The third day he never showed up. We checked the work and it was not at all up to our satisfaction or the client's satisfaction. Handyman Connections was contacted several different times and they state that Spencer says he never got paid. He did. He lied to them and they believed him.
