Excellent experience with Hauser each visit they make to service our system. Dave was our technician and I'd prefer he comes back for any future visits if possible? I'd recommend Hauser to anyone from installation to service it's a top notch company. Services: HVAC system maintenance, A/C system maintenance, Heating system maintenance
Do not go with this HVAC company. Was charged $99 for a technician to stop at my house for 10 - 15 minutes. He fixed nothing. He actually broke a plastic covering instead. Was quoted $2400 for 4 pounds of Freon. Which is absurd. Company also did not accept the coupons from their own website for the service call. Trust me, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
We chose to go with Hauser for a full HVAC replacement. Everyone has been professional and helpful. The quality of service is worth the price. 3 months in and still very happy. Today was a service call. They came out on a Sunday and listened to our issue. I fully expect it to be fixed and resolved within a few days.
