I needed a washer, and dryer hooked up. I called to get an estimate, and Randy showed up to give me a quote on the price of installation. I agreed to their price, and scheduled an appointment for installation. Mike Shoemaker was the person they sent out to do the install. He was very nice, and very polite. He hooked everything up in a short period of time. After he left I went to use the washer for the first time, and as my luck would have it the washer leaked. I called Handyman Connection back, and left a message detailing my problem. Mike called me back a short time later, and said he would come back over to see what was wrong. After he assessed the situation we decided to pull off the top cover of the washer, and found the problem. The hose from the soap dispenser to the tub was disconnected. He reattached the hose, and the problem was fixed. He put the cover back on, and we started the washer. He waited until the washer drained to make sure that there were no further leaks, and he
