I called Cincy Heating & Cooling and they came over to install my new furnace unit. They were professional, on time, and did a great job making sure that every detail was taken care of. I also appreciated the fact that they didn't try to sell me on any other services because I think some companies just want your money. But Cincy Heating & Cooling seemed genuinely concerned with my satisfaction.
I must say that I was pleasantly surprised with the work of Cincy Heating & Cooling. Our furnace had been on the fritz for months. We contacted them to get a new one installed and they did everything we asked for and more. The technicians who did the installation were prompt, polite and courteous throughout their visit, answering all of my questions.
When it was time for my furnace to be replaced, I called Cincy Heating and Cooling. I was referred to them by a friend who had just had his done and they were super nice over the phone. They told me they would work with my schedule and offered flexible hours which made all the difference in the world. When they came out, they were professional, courteous and did a great job.
