We chose Logan’s services to replace a 24 year old Trane heat pump and air handler when ours quit working midsummer. Brandon W. was our salesman, he was professional, personable, kind and knowledgeable. He sold me a new system without being pushy:) (everyone hates a pushy salesman). Brandon was a great representative for Logan’s. A day later, Travis, Tyler and Wade came to install our new system. They dismantled the old system and hauled it away for us. They installed our new system the same day and were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. When they were done, they ran me through how the new system and the new thermostat worked and cleaned up their work area. They did a great job! After 25 years of operation, it became evident that our two Trane furnace and AC units were in need of replacement. Although these systems had served us well over the years, technological advancements and our desire for increased efficiency prompted us to seek newer alternatives.
