We had a few odd plumbing jobs to be completed in our 1947 home. We researched a few plumbers in the area, and found Jim. We loved that he is a two-man show and he was the one doing the work. Communication was excellent, the day after we submitted the form on his website we got a call, and when he arrived he was right on time! Jim did an excellent, clean, and professional job! We have a had them out at least 4-5 times. Jeremy is our guy! Always efficient.
Had them do some major work, and paid them in full. I had a question a week later and they refused to even talk to me on the phone unless I made an appointment with a fee to come out and inspect. Another plumber finished the job.
