They improperly installed My new water heater sending us a new not fully trained installer which led to a flooded basement. They took responsibility and called a restoration company who destroyed my drywall. Carpet, flooring, wall bases and wall trim damaged. Once they realized it was more damage than expected they bailed, wont return phones calls and my basment is still a disaster. So much for their 5 star guarantee!! Would not ise this company. Clearly they dont have their own insurance or they would have made it right.

Justin was great! He was very personable and really knew his stuff. He went above and beyond to stay late and replace our water heater so that we would have hot water heading into the weekend. His work quality was excellent. We had a wonderful experience with Justin and Apex Pros. Service: Water heater installation

I called Apex because my tub spout stoped working even after installing a new diverter. Drew assessed the situation and explained my options. He installed a new tub spout and it looks great and works with no leaking water. He cleaned up once he was finished and quoted me on some additional work I want I have done. I hope he will be doing my future work. Drew's a life saver!
