He arrived on time, was professional, respected my home (for example removed shoes when he went in and out) inspected all areas and showed me as well as explained clearly what work needed done. He was efficient and courteous. Prices were reasonable for the work performed. I would definitely use for any future needs and recommend to others. The office staff moved quickly to get us service in a critical situation, near the end of their business day. Our technician, however, was the star.
