I’ve been pleased with everyone with whom I’ve come into contact from The Waterworks whether it be on the phone or with the servicing technicians. Technician Brandon B., specifically, has been to our home at least twice for various plumbing issues and installations. Ivan and Silas did a great job installing a back flow valve in our basement. Ryan, who organized the whole thing, was great too. Great communication across the board. I would certainly recommend them.
Brandon did a great job removing an old sink and replacing with a new sink, shut-off valves, and updated drain pipes. Very efficient and neat work. After the job was done, one could not tell any work was done as everything was cleaned up and spotless before he completed. I would recommend Brandon. Service: Faucet installation
