This company was absolutely wonderful to work with. Jordan, Jason and Dave were very professional and friendly. I had a water heater that had failed while it was still under warranty. I was told by the manufacturer that I needed to take it back to Home Depot with its receipt. I do not have the skills or equipment to do this myself or the original receipt because the water heater was inherited when I bought the house. I called around to several companies before Water Heaters Plus and none were willing to help with a return and exchange. I told Jason my problem over the phone and to my surprise he said he would be able to return my water heater for me! Jordan got to my house at the scheduled time and did great work. He was efficient and friendly and got old water heater out and returned to Home Depot. He then installed my new water heater with a longer warranty.
