I had a sun tunnel installed in my soon to remodeled bathroom. Service rep came to my home and provided me a quote and a timeline for ordering and installation of product. Service rep gave me materials to do research which was awesome. Day of installation was fast, easy and they cleaned the space from top to bottom. The team was very professional and ensured I knew what they were going to do. They valued my input! Thanks team for an outstanding job and I want to especially thank Rob Bair who provided excellent customer service and valuable information to improve my home. I highly recommend this company. I was in a really bad situation because another roofer had messed up my roof. Quality Exterior responded immediately and came to the rescue! They did a complete tear-off and put on a new roof. Excellent company - they replaced the roof on my garage and did a great job for a great price. Paul came out the day I called and gave me a written estimate. The job was scheduled and completed in a very reasonable amount of time. Communication was good. The cleanup was great. They generously trimmed all the trees overhanging the garage and hauled them away at no additional cost. The roof decking had to be replaced because it was rotted; the possibility for that was in the contract, and the additional charge was minimal. After wading through a muck of roofers and home repair "professionals", to find a contractor who is honest, professional, does good work, AND charges a fair price - what a gem.
