All in all, beware of this company. I had a unpleasant experience with their sales rep coming out to evaluate my roof, as well as a follow up call from the company. The sales reps were polite at first in evaluating the condition of my roof, explaining their products but when it came to the quote, they became extremely pushy and used very deceptive sales tactics such as trying to scare me to agree and sign for their quoted price. They tried to explain that they were experts after divulging that they only had been with the company for one year, had gone through a 6-week training program, and they gave no indication that they had ever physically put a roof on a house before. But they call themselves "experts". On top of misleading statements regarding financing percentage rates and other things.
