Billy was the technician who came to our house. He was very tidy efficient and knowledgeable about what could and couldn’t be done, very good employee and welcome back at our house again ????️ now in 2 weeks we have Wilson for different issues. Both times the techs were neat efficient and thorough in their explanations as what they were doing. Another kid experience ????️Jason was here today for an unrelated issue. The entire team, from the call center staff to the sales person to the technicians were so incredibly patient, informative, professional and efficient. They took their time to listen to us, inspect everything we needed looked at and be honest and upfront about cost and timing. The project involved replacing the entire drain stack and plumbing for one of our bathrooms’ toilet, tub and sink. The stack was old and starting to fail so the plan was to replace the entire line, from the basement to the roof as well as to replace the sink drain pipe and toilet flange. We are so grateful for their staff knowledge, professionalism and friendliness. Once the tech inspected the stack, they lowered the overall cost of the project when he discovered half of the stack was still in great working order and only the section from the basement to the bathroom needed replaced.
