WONDERFUL people to deal with. Easy to schedule, phone call when they are on their way, polite, pay attention to all of the details, big and small. EXCELLENT value for the money. After contacting 4 to 5 other HVAC dealers for quotes, I found out about Trent’s business, Outstanding Heating & Cooling by way of a brother. A niece of ours had told my brother. She knew Trent for many years thru her realtor profession. Trent is incredibly responsive and quickly made arrangements to come out to evaluate my HVAC requirements and submit his proposal. I was most impressed with Trent in that he had the specs for my home from a County website and had a real good idea what size system would be best for me, even before walking into my home. He did want to verify some things with an actual on-site visit, but he had a very good idea about many spec variables with my home. He pointed out a few things none of the others had mentioned, which I appreciated. He just seemed very knowledgeable about HVAC and was “into it” as they say. Outstanding Heating & Cooling installed our system originally and has maintained it under a Preventive Maintenance Agreement (PMA) ever since. Every time I call to schedule the PMA service a real live person answers the phone and accommodates my schedule by scheduling the appointment when it is convenient for me. The service technician always arrives during the window of time given to me, is professional in appearance and courteous. The technician always takes the time to let me know what work will be performed during the engagement and answers all of my questions and I always receive a detailed written report upon completion of the service.
