Climate Zone Heating & Air

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The technician that came out was very unprofessional, did not explain anything at all, and after she was done she left and put in an incorrect diagnosis. She said that my AC had to have been broken for over a month and had a preexisting condition for it to be in the state it was, even though 3 days before she was out to look at it the AC unit was keeping my house at 70 degrees inside when it was in the high 80's outside. I was not informed of any of this by her and she did not say a word to me, just packed up and left. I am very disappointed in the overall lack of care for the customer and lack of professionalism shown by the technician. I would not recommend using this company.

I am compelled to write this review as I am completely appalled and shocked by this experience. Like many other reviews here, I was assigned Climate Zone heating and air through American Home Shield (AHS) home warranty company in April 2022. Climate zone stated I needed a replacement furnace and turned off my HVAC system due to potential gas leak if left on. Then they were unresponsive for 2weeks. AHS let me know that this company had picked up the new furnace system already. Since then, its been 6 weeks, I have not been able to get a hold of Climate Zone. Neither has the warranty company via phone or email. We had 100 degree weather and I'm unable to turn my cooling on. AHS says "trying to contact this contractor because they have been approved to do the work" Today, after I escalated the issue, they assigned another contractor with equally poor reviews and unresponsiveness! This is unbelievable and unethical business practice for a large company like AHS to continue working with the

This company is very unprofessional and lacks complete knowledge of repairing ac units. This company came to my home and misdiagnosed my ac unit, did not call a diagnosis in to AHS and charged me $360.00 to replace refrigerant in my ac unit knowing that this was not the problem. In my opinion this company has no business being in business. This company will not respond to the issue and has no intention of making it right. Another company came to my home and correctly diagnosed it and is in the process of repairing the unit as it should have been by climate zone. They are extremely unprofessional and needs closed down! I will be having an attorney looking into this and I will move forward if need be. Service: A/C system repair
