If I could give this place zero stars I would. The technician that came out was very unprofessional, did not explain anything at all, and after she was done she left and put in an incorrect diagnosis. She said that my AC had to have been broken for over a month and had a preexisting condition for it to be in the state it was, even though 3 days before she was out to look at it the AC unit was keeping my house at 70 degrees inside when it was in the high 80's outside. I was not informed of any of this by her and she did not say a word to me, just packed up and left. I am very disappointed in the overall lack of care for the customer and lack of professionalism shown by the technician. I would not recommend using this company.

Knowing this was a small business, I expected longer turnaround times. I was recommended to them by a friend and was told to leave a message but should receive a call back shortly, and I did! Becca and Amy were patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. They knew I was a first time home owner, and answered all my questions with compassion. They worked with my hectic schedule and showed up well within the window given. Thank you again!

These people fixed my AC unit in just a few minutes and gave me some recommendations about my filter. They got the job done and just in time for the heat wave. I hope they come out and do more work if needed. Like maintenance on heater this fall. They actually worked around my schedule which many people in business don't know how to do anymore.
