Jeff did an outstanding job of helping my daughter with a water heater problem. He was prompt, professional and above all else, a man of integrity. Stebbins Plumbing is fortunate to have Jeff representing their business.

I can not believe someone would post a one star review for this company! I have never had any issues with Stebbins, and always value their insight and proactive approach to my plumbing issues. Most people understand service isn't free, troubleshooting isn't free, advise isn't free, and the one star person is clueless that she was extended a courtesy by being discounted. I only wish more companies were as willing to work the customers as they are!!! Didn't have the greatest experience with a water heater install. I purchased my own water heater and had it set up next to the old water heater to be replaced. The plumber didn't remove the little metal pieces on the bottom that were part of the shipping/boxing and those pieces punctured the new drip pan. About 1/2 of the edge of the new drip pan was completely crushed and mangled during the install. This new water heater was a different size so the electric line needed to come down about a foot more than it currently was. Instead of rerouting the old electric line that had been hung through the rafters down to get the necessary "extra" length he just said you'll have to call an electrician out to do the rest of the install (there was plenty of slack in the line). Also charged approximately $750 (also charged approx $150 for parts, which was okay) for 4.5 hours of labor. Not sure if there were other costs that were built into the labor, but that seems a little high. The craft
