Awesome service from Ron H, he went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of, even helping me talk to my home warranty company so that the repairs could be covered. Ron arrived very quickly, diagnosed the issue right away, explained everything he was doing, and got my AC up and working. Was told that this company was not accepting new customers until August after my address was checked and compared to another previous owner’s file. Very unprofessional and discriminating. As administrator of “Historic and Notable Youngstown Ohio Homes” Facebook page, I would recommend all 1600 members to avoid this company.

They were very professional and fast. I ended up paying $1000 over the estimated price for a heatpump/AC/Furnace installation, and I think the recommended units might have been too big for my house, but it was quality work and polite workers. In the end, with climate change coming on us, the larger units might be the best thing for me regardless of the price. My AC had broken and I needed new anyway, and I wanted an all electric unit so it could run off my solar instead of a non renewable source that might have price hikes. From start to finish it was the best contracted experience I could have hoped for. I am happy I chose them for the work. Grateful. ????????✌️
