Poooooooor service!!!!! I haven't the slightest idea HOW this company is still in buisness with the poor "service" the technicians offer. First off they were informed to call before showing up to the property as everyone in the household WORKS FOR A LIVING. They DID NOT follow directions. Then showed up unannounced and placed a sticker in my door window. Which was a bear to remove. Why in the world would a company have stickers that are almost impossible to remove. I had to remove it with a razor. The tech showed up a few days later, calling me at 7am. Then showed up 20 minutes later. Did their job and left. Before leaving, the technician, informed me it was my job to to tell the landlord to "rethink the drain" without getting into any clienil. Then just left... Just like that.. Up and out. That man shouldn't have a job. If you are that miserable maybe do NOT work with the public. I've read all the reviews both on google and Angis, I equally couldn't believe the shear amount of excuses

I have used Morriss drain for years. They have always been here the same day I called and even came after hours for emergencies. Very professional and knowledgeable. Pricing is always very fair and I would recommend them to everyone.

I just had my septic pumped out and inspected. I was very happy with the service. Don was very professional, informative, and overall a very nice guy. I'll definitely be calling them in the future.
