Another HVAC service company was not keeping me in the loop and misdiagnosed an issue with my A/C. Ken came out the same day and looked at the unit, hooked his gauges up to it, showed me exactly what reading we were getting (PSI on refrigerant and air out put temps), and added sealant and refrigerant to the system. He got it blowing cold again. He said I likely do not have a large leak since I was already at half charge before he added refrigerant. He genuinely cares and was even able to quote me a replacement unit should I require it at about $1,000 less than a previous quote from another company. I highly recommend YCS and Ken.
